Don’t be surprised where God calls you from

Wherever you are, whatever you are doing, God is there.  So, don’t be surprised when and where he calls.  Just know that it is him, and answer his call.

He hears those that call on him

“God’s there, listening for all who pray, for all who pray and mean it.  He does what is best for those who fear him – hears them call out, and saves them.  God sticks by those who love him, but it’s all over for those who don’t.”

When we truly and deeply love, hope in, yearn for, and pray with all sincerity to Jesus, there is nothing that will stop him from saving us in our times of fear, distress, and even in our times of sin.

You may not know what is going on in your messes (turmoil’s) right now, but, believe me, God does!!  So, call on God, he has a great plan for you; keep hoping, praying, believing, and honoring Him, and, before long, He will prove that your messes and mess-ups are just unfolded blessings that needed some ironing out to give you a future filled with blessing and favor.

Stop rejecting God's call

God is calling you.  Stop rejecting the call – ANSWER!

Lost? Stuck? Afraid?

Lost? Stuck? Afraid? Need change in your life?  Yes?  Well, let’s repeat the prayers of David in Psalm 143-7-10:

Dear God;

Point out the road I must travel;

I’m all ears, all eyes before you.

Save me from my enemies, God-

you’re my only hope!

Teach me how to live to please you,

because you’re my God.

Lead me by your blessed Spirit

into clear and level pastureland.

Thank you God! Your will be done.  I love you.  In Jesus name I pray, hope, believe, receive and share – Amen and Amen again.

Crying out

“… He listens the split second I call to him…” Psalm 4:3

When we cry out to God, he comes running; miracles begin to shine through our messes.

God will move in.

"... I'll move in and live with the Israelites.  I'll be their God...." Exodus 29:42-48,  

The Message  

When you open your heart to God, He moves in and dwells within you.  So, those of you that believe in our Almighty, know that He is living within you, and He is at your beckon call, which brings me to remind you: you must call on Him in order for Him to answer.  Remember, God is a gentleman, and unless you call on Him, He sits quietly back and waits.

God is Light

“… God is Light, and there is no darkness in Him at all [no not in any way].” 1 John 1:5

When you feel lost and afraid, call on God – He will always lead you in the right direction.  He will turn your darkness into His light, He will shine forth the way in which you should go, and He will shine forth the way to freedom and victory.  So, watch for His light, it is always there – never, ever, to fail you.

 

The last trumpet call.

"... we shall all be changed (transformed) 

In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the [sound of the] last trumpet call. For a trumpet will sound, and the dead [in Christ] will be raised imperishable (free and immune from decay), and we shall be changed (transformed)." 

1 Corinthians 15:51-52

So, let me ask, Are you ready; are you focused on God, or are you focused on doing what you want, when you want, and how you want to do it?.   

Remember, not everyone will hear the trumpet call - make sure you are not one of those.  How?  By staying focused on God, and His plan for your life; by staying focused on love and sharing it; by giving your life to Christ, daily, and continually kicking the dust off your heals; by, and most importantly, loving with every ounce of your being, and affecting even the most ungodly of ungodly's, so that they too will be able to experience the eternal power and love of our Lord and Savior, Christ Jesus.

Heart pounding, knee shaking, courage.

"Joseph ... daring the consequences, took courage and ventured to go to Pilate and asked for the body of Jesus." Mark 15:43 AMP

As a believer in Christ, there will be times in our lives when we will have to make a choice: to either step out in faith and follow the life-changing call that we feel Jesus has placed on our heart; or, to play it safe, so-to-speak, because we're not sure if it's Him or our own made-up dreams placing the call.  All I know, that if we have any inkling that Jesus is calling us to do something, we need to take the step out.  Yes, our knees will be trembling, our hands will be shaking, and our hearts will be pounding, but if we feel we are doing it with, and for, Jesus, then we are making the right choice.  If, on the other hand, it isn't what we've expected, I believe that Jesus will see our faith, and make it even better than expected.

So, if your heart is pure, and you faith is strong in Christ, take the step, make the change, and see if doors, windows, and walls, don't open up before you to a life that you know, that you know, that you know, only Jesus could be responsible for.  It is going to be glorious.

Like a precious metal

“And I will bring the third part through the fire, and will refine them as silver is refined and will test them as gold is tested.  They will call on My name, and I will hear and answer them.  I will say, It is my people; and they will say, the Lord is my God.” Zechariah 13:9

There are so many of us going through fires and trials that seem to get hotter and hotter with no end in sight; we find ourselves wanting to turn back and run away.  However, we must keep moving forward in complete faith, knowing that God is refining us like silver, and testing us like gold – what an honor!! Honor, you ask? Yes, because silver and gold are precious metals, which means, we are precious in His sight, and He doesn’t want us to settle for anything but the best, as well as, to become one of His most prized servants of all time.  So, take the heat with all boldness and fearlessness; and while you are at it, be joyful knowing that God has you in the palm of His hand, and your victory of victories is soon to come!!

 

He is near

“The Lord upholds all those who are falling and raises up those who are bowed down…[yes,] the Lord is near to all who call upon Him.” Psalm 145: 14, 18

Unless you call on God and ask Him to come into your life and help you, He won’t - God is not a pushy God!  So, CALL on Him now and let Him come into your heart, mind, body, and soul – your life will dramatically change for the better, and life will take on a whole new meaning.

You don't even have to make an appointment, have health insurance, call long distance, or have a referral, just open your arms towards Heaven - He'll answer.
