Beauty doesn't come from trying so hard to stay lean, fit, young, etc. No, beauty comes from God, beauty comes from God within you. So stop trying so hard, you are only wasting your time and your mental and physical energy.

Bless the Lord
What does God do for us?
Well, here is just a glimpse for you:
“He forgives your sins – every one.
He heals your diseases – every one.
He redeems you from hell – saves your life!
He crowns you with love and mercy – a paradise crown.
He wraps you in goodness – beauty eternal.
He renews your youth – you’re always young in his presence.”

God is so good. Bless him! Honor him! Praise him! It is the least we can do for all he does for us.
