Beauty doesn't come from trying so hard to stay lean, fit, young, etc.  No, beauty comes from God, beauty comes from God within you.  So stop trying so hard, you are only wasting your time and your mental and physical energy.

The world will fail us, but God will never fail us! Instead of letting yourself be let down by the world, begin putting 100% of all you are and all you have into the Lord, and then you will learn the true meaning of trust, hope, honesty, and stability.
