Listen! God is speaking.

"Then the Lord spoke to you out of the fire..."

Deuteronomy 4:12

During the most trying times of our lives; during the biggest battles we face; when we are walking through fires of this world are the times when the Lord is speaking to us most clearly.  So, stop for a moment, take a deep breath, open your heart, (open the eyes of your heart), listen and see - God is standing before you, he is speaking; he is letting you know that he has your victory and he will carry you through.

You are beautiful when you let God glorify your body - inside and out

Beauty doesn't come from trying so hard to stay lean, fit, young, etc.  No, beauty comes from God, beauty comes from God within you.  So stop trying so hard, you are only wasting your time and your mental and physical energy.

Triumph and victory!
