He opens our eyes to see

"...Praise be to the Lord, the God of Israel, who has allowed my eyes to see..."
1 Kings 1:48

Ask God to open your eyes; ask God to truly make you see.  For when you see through His eyes, you will truly see... you will truly see and experience miracles, blessings, and beauty that the human eye will never see.

Freedom that never quits

“Since we’re free in freedom of God, can we do anything that comes to mind?  Hardly.  You know well enough from your own experience that there are some acts of so-called freedom that destroy freedom.  Offer yourselves to sin, for instance, and it’s your last free act.  But offer yourselves to the ways of God and the freedom never quits.”
Romans 6:15-16 MSG

Live a life of sin and there is no such thing as freedom.  However, live a life devoted to God and everlasting freedom becomes yours!

Promises promises

"We received the same promises as those people in the wilderness, but the promises didn't do them a bit of good because they didn't receive the promises with faith..."
-Hebrews 4:1-3 MSG

We have all of God's promises at our disposal.  However, unless we receive them by faith, we will never be able to experience them.

Through the experience of death

“Jesus, through the experience of death, he fully experienced death in every persons place.”
-Adapted from Hebrews 2:5-9 MSG

So, why did Jesus go through so much pain?

Here’s why:  In order that you and I might LIVELOVE, and LAUGH.

Therefore, let’s make sure that we are living in accordance with His death, (which equals LIFE),  and stop living in accordance with the world, (which equals DEATH).  Yes, let’s start living like we are trulytruly living ~ friends, Jesus died so we could do so.

Teach others with your life

“... Teach believers with your life: by word, by demeanor, by love, by faith, by integrity.  Stay at your posts reading Scripture, giving counsel... Keep a firm grasp on both your character and your teaching.  Don’t be diverted.  Just keep at it.  Both you and those who hear you will experience salvation.”
-1 Timothy 4:11-14, 15-16 MSG

Forget the past - it's over and done with

“Let us strip off anything that slows us down or holds us back…” Hebrews 12:1 (LB)

“Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past.” Isaiah 43:18 (NIV

“Forgetting the past and looking forward to what lies ahead…” Philippians 3:13 (NLT)

As we can read, the Word of God clearly wants us to put the past behind us and move forward with our lives.  Therefore, if you are, in any way, stuck (frustrated, hurt, angry, depressed, dark, lonely, rejected, hopeless, discouraged, etc.,) then heeding the verses above is of the utmost importance!  The past, whether good or bad, can be looked at as stepping stones, learning curves, and blessing builders for a great future ahead.  So, although it may be difficult at first, change your mind and focus toward your future and know that the past happened just as it was supposed to happen; for if you wouldn’t have experienced what you did, you wouldn’t have the necessary experience to become the great person of God that you were called to be.

My friend, God loves you and he has a great plan allotted just for you.

What does Holy mean?

What does Holy mean?

“Holy means that God is alive on God’s terms, alive in a way that exceeds our experience and imagination.  Holy refers to life burning with an intense purity that transforms everything it touches into itself.”
- Eugene H. Patterson, The Message

God is HOLY!

Risk equals Faith

"He said, 'That's what I mean:  Risk your life and get more than you ever dreamed of.  Play it safe and end up holding the bag." Luke 19:26 MSG

Be bold and risk your life (step out in faith) for Jesus.  Guaranteed, you will experience His amazing glory shine through you in ways you never thought possible.

The Breath of life

http://www.faithatwork.info/wp-content/uploads/2014/04/Ezek-37-prophesy-to-the-breath.jpg

"... Dry bones, listen to the message of God!... I'm bringing the breath of life to you and you'll come to life... you'll come alive... you'll live..." Jeremiah 37:4-14 MSG

Tired, worn down, frustrated, feel like giving up?  Good!  Because  now is the perfect time to let go and let God take over your life.  Give it all to him so he can breath new life into you.  It's time for you to experience what it's like to live, to truly live; it's time for you to experience and see life for what and WHO it really is - Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior.

If you don't stand in faith

“If you don’t take your stand in faith, you won’t have a leg to stand on.” Isaiah 7:9

When you take big, bold steps of faith, God will always be there to keep you from falling.  However, if you do take a big, bold step of faith and you do fall, it’s God’s way of giving you a learning experience you’ll never ever regret learning from.

You are blessed ~ Believe it, live it, embrace it!

Lies and rumors gain nothing

“The person who tells lies gets caught;
The person who spreads rumor is ruined.”
Proverbs 19:9 MSG
Image result for lies bring death image

Lies bring end to good things, and rumors ruin lives one works so hard for.
Hence, don’t do either – you, and/or those you love, will lose either way.

The glory of God

"... and the Glory of God appeared to all people..." Leviticus 9:22-24, The Message

The Glory of God is for us all - each of us experiencing His presence in our own unique and different ways - there is no one certain way to experience God.  Therefore, no matter what Christian denomination one practices, all of us need to stand together as one so that we can shine with the glory of God loudly, proudly, and for all the world to see.

Enemy? What enemy?

"He, [the Lord your God] has cast out your enemy. ... you shall not experience or fear evil any more. ... [He] will deal with all those who afflict you. ...[He] will gather you, for [the Lord, your God] will make you a name and a praise among [mankind] ..." My version of Zephaniah 3:15, 19-20

Oh, how good God is!  It seems that we spend so much wasted in time in worry, being intimidated, being fearful, and feeling full of reproach.  Why? Because we have fear of losing, failing, falling, being hurt, being rejected, being overlooked...  But, when I read this, I realize that there is no need to waste our time on any of it - God has already conquered our enemies, so we can never lose; we can't be cast down, we cannot be stepped on, we cannot be broken, we will never be rejected, and being overlooked only means that we are being protected from something disastrous!

Albeit difficult at times, let's begin to live like God wants us to live! Since our enemies are already destroyed by our Savior and Lord, we should live like conquerors, with boldness, determination, God-type confidence, and a sense of victory in all of our undertakings.   You and I should live with this type of thinking: Enemy? What enemy? I see no enemy before me!!  So, let's do it!  What do we have to lose?  Therefore, from today forward, join me in being determined to live fearlessly in this world, and, instead, live boldly for God knowing that what He puts in our hearts to do, we can do it with ease; He's already trampled the enemy, obstacles, and roadblocks that the world has tried to set before us!

I believe if we focus on Him more, and less of the, What if's, of the world, we would realize that we've put ourselves through way too much struggle.  Our battles have already been won! All we have to do is step above the world long enough to realize our victories have open doors with our name on them, and it's been that way all along! So, let's do it! Begin to focus ever-more-so on God, and begin to step into all of your victories.. they've been patiently waiting, and if you look real close with your heart, you will see your name brightly glowing on those victorious doors before you.

If you know justice, then you know God

“But the Lord of hosts is exalted in justice, and God, the Holy One, shows Himself holy in righteousness and through righteous judgments.” Isaiah 5:15

Do you find yourself questioning if God is real, if you’ve ever experienced God, or if you’ve ever seen God shine through? If, “yes, is your answer, then let me ask you: have you witnessed, experienced, or had a part in due, righteous, justice in your life?  If so, then you’ve witnessed and experienced God.  Have you told, witnessed, and experienced truth? Then, you’ve witnessed and experienced God.

Friends, God IS truth, justice and righteousness; none of them would exist if He wasn’t real.  There is no reason to question, there is no need to doubt – He is real, He is alive, and He LOVES YOU.  So, when you find yourself pondering or questioning, then take a moment ask the questions above… “Yes, He is alive”, will be the answer.  Finally, to prove beyond a shadow of a doubt, pinch yourself – if you feel it, you’re alive, and that in itself is God’s work in the finest.
