Oh how mighty God’s glory is!

“If the Lord is pleased with us, he will lead us into that land, a land flowing with milk and honey, and will give it to us...the Lord is with us.  Do not be afraid of them.
...Then the glory of the Lord appeared...”
Numbers 14:8-10

When you trust in, believe in, listen to, and let God lead the way, his glory will shine ever-so-brightly in your life - leading you from glory to glory to glory.

Dear World

Dear World,

It matters very little to me what you think of me, even less where I rank in popular opinion.  Nope, it doesn’t mean much; God is the only one that I live to please.

Therefore, with peace and love, I say this
to you: Please mind your own business
and stop focusing on mine.

Love,

God’s precious child

Honor God

“If you listen to what I tell you and live the way I show you and do what pleases me, following directions and obeying orders as my servant David did, I’ll stick with you no matter what…” 1 Kings 11:37-39 MSG

Honor God in all of your ways, and He will honor you in all of his.

Please God

"I tell you, My friends, do not dread and be afraid of those who kill the body... But I will warn you whom you shall fear, fear Him Who, after killing, has power to hurl into hell (Gehenna); yes, I say to you, fear Him!" Luke 12:4-5 AMP

In other words:

Do not - I repeat, do NOT - spend you life pleasing man;
spend you life pleasing God!

Pleasing God

“For the person that pleases Him God gives wisdom and knowledge and joy; but to the sinner He gives the works of gathering… that he may give to the one who pleases God.” Ecclesiastes 2:26

More likely than not, we are knowingly in sin when we aren’t listening to God, and that only means that we are working for the blessing of someone else, which isn’t pleasing to our Lord.  Sin will never, ever lead us to blessing, so don’t waste your time anymore. Make your life easier, and do whatever it is that God is telling you to do. Yes, it will be challenging at times, but you can do it, and He will make sure that you have the skills and wisdom to succeed; hence, the blessings that come from the works of your own hands will then be yours for the taking.
