Instead of seeking forgiveness...
"... To obey is better than sacrifice..."
1Samual 15:2
Instead of begging forgiveness for sin and waywardness, why not just obey God and do what he tells you to do in the first place? Much simpler, yes?

Grace wins hands down
“All that passing laws against sin did was produce more lawbreakers. But sin didn’t, and doesn’t, have a chance in competition with the aggressive forgiveness we call grace. When it’s sin versus grace, grace wins hands down. All sin can do is threaten us with death, and that’s the end of it. Grace, because God is putting everything together again through the Messiah, invites us into life—a life that goes on and on and on, world without end.” Romans 5:20-21 MSG
Satan leads us to death; the end - death.
Jesus leads us to live; the beginning – life, which is Heaven here on earth and ending in Heaven above with Him in which there is no end.

Get up! Hold out your hands!
“And He said to the man who had the withered hand, Get up [and stand here] in the midst… Hold out your hand. He held it out, and his hand was [completely] restored.”
-Mark 3:3, 5 AMP
Do you want to heal? Do you want to be restored? Do you want freedom from fear, freedom from guilt, forgiveness of sins?
Then, GET UP!
Get off of your pity pot, reach up - reach out to God! You mustn’t sit and feel sorry for yourself any longer; you mustn’t sit and be too afraid to stand. No, reach out for God, and let Him do the rest; let His healing power and saving grace free you from all that ails you!!

In the presence of God
“In the presence of God you will
be made clean of all your sins…”
Leviticus 16:29-31, The MSG
Leviticus 16:29-31, The MSG
Wherever
you are at, God is. Therefore, confess your sins and guilt right where you are; God hears you, He is with you, He will cleanse you.
So,
if right now is the time for you
to repent and ask God for forgiveness, then raise your hands, close
your eyes, open your mouth and ask him- He is with you and ready to wash
your sins away.

Do you want to become well?
“When Jesus noticed him lying there
[helpless], knowing that he had already been a long time in that condition, He said to him, Do you want to become well?...”
John 4:6 AMP
This
verse gets me every time! I love
it because I believe it’s the Lord asking me, “Do you want to have a
better life; do you want to live a victorious life?”. It makes me
realize the things I’ve been complaining about, the excuses that I’ve
used, the anger that I’ve not let go, and the forgiveness
that I have yet to give to someone I may be upset with. It makes me
get off of my pity-pot!
Now,
let me ask you, “Do you want to
have a better life; do you want to live a victorious life?”. If your
answer is, Yes, then join me and GET UP!! Our
lives our too short to be focusing on the darkness in our
lives; to be focusing on what or whom we think we need to blame for our
problems. Let's get off of our pity-pots, move on from the
darkness, and take a hold of this blessed life that Jesus
so brutally died to give us!
Yes! Today, we begin afresh and anew, and we begin to live like we’ve never lived before – and all of this in the glorious name of Jesus.

You have been handpicked ~ You have been redeemed
"... He chose us [actually picked us out for Himself as His own] in Christ before the foundation of the world... For He foreordained us (destined us, planned in love for us) to be adopted (revealed) as His own children through Jesus Christ...In Him we have redemption (deliverance and salvation) through His blood, the remission (forgiveness) of our offenses (shortcoming, and trespasses), in accordance with the riches and the generosity of His own gracious favor, Which He lavished upon us in every kind of wisdom and understanding (practical insight and prudence)..." Ephesians 1: 4-8 AMPC
Erase any and all the things the world has told you, and fill your mind, heart, body, and soul with these verses. Read and re-read them until they sink way down deep into your soul. Ask God to help glorify these verses through and within you, and ask Him to reveal just how important, beautiful, successful, and amazing you truly are.
My friend, you are redeemed, you are forgiven, you are hand picked, and you are the apple of God's eyes. Whatever else you've been told can be removed from your mind. How? Focus on God, and focus on His Word. I guarantee, the more you fill your mind with Him, the more beautiful your life becomes - inside and out.

Forgiveness, comfort, and encouragement
"... so instead [of further rebuke, now] you should rather [graciously] forgive and comfort and encourage him, to keep him from being overwhelmed by excessive sorrow...to keep Satan from taking advantage of us..." 2 Corinthians 2:7,11
Forgiveness, comfort, and encouragement toward another not only brings light and life to the darkness on both sides, but it stops Satan dead in his tracks leaving him without a leg to stand on.

In trouble? Have trouble? Expecting trouble?
“…. Now that he was in trouble, he went to his knees in prayer asking for help—total repentance before the God of his ancestors. As he prayed, God was touched; God listened and brought him back to Jerusalem as king…” +2 Chronicles 33:11-13 (MSG)
In trouble? Have trouble? Expecting trouble?
Yes?
Then drop to your knees, stretch out your arms, repent before God, receive his forgiveness, and let him take your life over. The darkness of sin will soon lift, the light will shine through, and the path of victory will once again open up wide and straight for you.
My friend, God forgives you! All you have to do is receive it from him.

FORGIVE!!
"And whenever you stand praying, if you have anything against anyone, forgive him and let it drop (leave it, let it go), in order that your Father Who is in heaven may also forgive your [own] failings and shortcomings and let them drop." Mark 11:25 AMP
FORGIVE.
Until you do, the full life God has for you will never be fully perfected.

Keeping account of our sins
"If you, Lord, should keep account and treat [us according to our] sins... who could stand?"
Surely, not you and I...BUT,
"... there is forgiveness with You... mercy and loving-kindness... " Psalm 130:3, 4, 7
God is so good to us! He loves us so much. My goodness, after all we have done, and will do, wrong, He still stands for us and leads us into victory and righteousness, all the while, forgiving our sins and wrong-doings.
No, we don't deserve any of the amazing blessings God grants us, but He gives us love that goes beyond our understanding. Therefore, accept His love, forgiveness, victory, mercy, loving-kindness, and grace with open arms - they are yours for the taking my friend.

Bless the Lord...forget not all His benefits...
"Bless the Lord... forget not all His benefits... "
What does God do for those that reverentialy fear and worship Him? Oh my goodness - way too much to list in one lifetime, so here are just a few:
He forgives your iniquities, removes your transgressions as far as the East is from the West, heals your diseases, redeems your life from corruption and death, renews the life within you, showers you with mercy and grace, ... (adapted from Psalm 103)
My friends, what He does for us is amazing, beautiful, undeserved, under-appreciated, unimaginable, yet He never stops showering them upon us. He is so good, and therefore, we should take every opportunity to praise, worship, and bless His holy name.
