I can and I will

I can, and will, do ALL things through (and only through) Christ who infuses me with inner and outer strength, and knowledge and wisdom to do so.

Unspoken words

“But Mary was keeping within herself all these things (sayings), weighing and pondering them in her heart.” Luke 2:19 AMP

Hence, some things are better left unspoken until a later time.

 

All things

“I can do all things [which He has called me to do] through Him who strengthens and empowers me [to fulfill His purpose—I am self-sufficient in Christ’s sufficiency; I am ready for anything and equal to anything through Him who infuses me with inner strength and confident peace.]” Phil 4:13 AMP

 

Nothing is impossible with God!

You can overcome!

You are possible!

Don’t give up --- don’t give in!

A message on Fear from Pastor Pete Vossler of Crosswinds Church Reno Nevada

This is a great Facebook post that I wanted to share:

"Fear always whispers “you’ll never be secure unless you get more.” I know that all of us have this thought many times. Our main desire is happiness, but we don’t know really what happiness looks like. Is it more money? Is it more time? Is it in the accumulation of things? How about the perfect relationship that we have made up, and looks like, in our mind? Happy people don’t follow money, or things, or relationships, they follow their God-given passion. On the outside there are people that look like they have it all: money, freedom, friends, and family, but do they have the one thing they want most-happiness? We have a tendency to look at the outward and make judgments on what we see. How do you know if you would not be horrified at the home life, alienated kids, a spouse who resented their obsession with work, and no time to kick back? Maybe you’re reading this and thinking “Yeah, but this doesn’t apply to me. In this situation I know I could be happy!” Money and things cannot buy happiness no matter what we try. The Apostle Paul explains it this way: “I have learned how to be content with whatever I have. I know how to live on almost nothing or with everything. I have learned the secret of living in every situation, whether it is with a full stomach or empty, with plenty or little. For I can do everything through Christ who gives me strength” (Php 4: 11-13).When you peruse God’s purpose for your life; status, money, and things are only secondary. Your real status symbols are salvation, spiritual growth, a secure home, special friends, and the satisfaction of doing what God called you to do.

People may change

“… I notice that your father has changed toward me… But the God of my father; he’s still with me…” Genesis 31:4-9, The Message

People may change, but God will never change.  Through thick and thin, good and bad, light and dark, and the ups and downs, God is with you – always the same, always the One to count on.  So, grab hold of Him and don’t let go ~  He is the only true Rock, and holding on to Him is the same as holding on to life.

People and things are bound to change, but God never, ever, will.

All things are possible.

“And Jesus said, [you say to Me], If You can do anything? [Why,] all things can be (are possible) to him who believes.” Mark 9:23 AMP

If you believe – truly believe – then, in due time, you will receive!!

Believe in big miracles from God ~ Be living proof of God’s amazing goodness.

Things

“… The Lord gave and the Lord has taken away… “ +Job 1:21

Seriously, why do we fret, cry, yell, hurt, agonize, analyze, lose sleep, lose hope, fear, cringe, despair, and work ourselves to death, over our, ‘things’?  Our, ‘things’, could be gone in a blink of any eye, so maybe it’s time we stop wasting so much time on them, and start focusing more of that time on the One who gives us, ‘things’, in the first place: Our amazing God.

Yes, the more time we focus God rather than, ‘things’, then, ‘things’, will end up having of way of working out perfectly, and in our favor, on their own – all thanks being to Him of course! Now, how awesome and freeing does that sound?

Sounds amazing to me…I’m in! You?
