Proverbs 5:21: God knows... God sees!

Hiding anything?

THE EYES OF THE LORD

God sees all.

God knows all.

Therefore, 

God sees you!

God knows you!

With him, there are no secrets.

Good or bad...

“The sins of some people are blatant and march them right into court.  The sins of others don’t show up until much later.  The same with good deeds.  Some you see right off, but none are hidden forever.” 

1 Timothy 5:24-25 MSG

Good or bad, your sins and good deeds will all come out in the open eventually.  So, stick with the good deeds – you’ll be better off in the long run.

Secret motives

"So do not make any hasty or premature judgments before the time when the Lord comes [again], for He will both bring to light the secret things that are [now hidden] in darkness and disclose and expose the [secret] aims (motives and purposes) of hearts. Then every man will receive his [due] commendation from God." 1 Corinthians 4:5 AMP

Be constantly on guard of the secrets and motives, good or bad, in which you have hidden in your heart, because, in due time, your secrets and motives will be revealed, and you will reap  consequences accordingly.  Therefore, make sure to keep your heart full of motives and secrets that uplift, bless, and are in line with God's Word, and, in turn, you will be uplifted and blessed by the One - Jesus Christ.  And, boy oh boy, when He uplifts and blesses, life turns into an amazing journey.

Real or fake?

"... So Jesus spoke to them: "You are masters at making yourselves look good in front of others, but God knows what's behind the appearance..."  Luke 16:14-18 MSG

We cannot hide from God, nor can our real selves be hidden from others forever.  Therefore, let's all do ourselves a favor and just be the unique, gifted, corny, beings that we are, letting the glory of Jesus shine through all of our quirks, weaknesses, and mistakes.  We will definitely be a lot better off if we do.

Every move you make

“… Eventually God will bring everything that we do out into the open and judge it according to its hidden intent, whether it’s good or evil.” Ecclesiastes 12:14

Every move you make, word you speak, action you embark on, or thought you think needs to be held accountable and aligned with the word of God.  If it isn’t, the outcome will not turn out in your favor. 

So, remember to ask yourself this regularly:  Is this something that I will be ashamed of when God’s light shines on it?

True beauty

"But let it be the inward adorning and beauty of the hidden person of the heart, with the incorruptible and unfading charm of a gentle and peaceful spirit, which [is not anxious or wrought up, but] is very precious in the sight of God." 1 Peter 3:4 AMPC

Real beauty comes from the heart. It shines far brighter than outer beauty, it shines with the glory of God, and it is what God sees you as.  Real beauty is Jesus!  Therefore, no matter how hard you try to dress yourself up, change your appearance, pretend to be something your not, God still sees you. So, make sure your heart is beautiful (by holding tight to Jesus), and no matter what your appearance on the outside, your inner beauty will bring others flocking to wherever your at - enabling you to give non-believers a touch of Jesus, in which they will one day hand their lives over to Him so their beauty can shine through as well.

Wisdom, knowledge, and insight

“In Him all the treasures of [divine] wisdom (comprehensive insight into the ways and purposes of God) and [all the riches of spiritual] knowledge and enlightenment are stored up and lie hidden.” Colossians 2:3 AMPC

Wisdom, knowledge, and insight are all found in God - found anywhere else, obstacles and curves are bound to happen.  Therefore, if you want divine wisdom, insight, and answers, the first time you ask, then call on God, He will give you the knowledge you need, and/or lead you in the direction to which you will find the answer.

Mountains will move

“I will go before you and will level the mountains… I will give you hidden treasures, riches stored in secret places, so that you know I am the Lord… there is no other...”  Isaiah 45:2, 3, 5

When you give your life over to God, mountains begin to move, idols are crushed, enemies are defeated before your eyes, hurts turn into amazing blessings, weaknesses become your strengths, love prevails, prosperity pours over you in all kinds of ways, and opportunities once thought impossible are made possible for you!

Nothing is hidden from God

Where could I go from Your Spirit?  Or where could I flee from Your presence?... Even the darkness hides nothing from you…” Psalm 139:7, 12

Whether you plan good or evil, speak blessing or curse; whether your thoughts and actions are secret or well known, GOD KNOWS and He will intervene.  So, double check your intentions, thoughts, actions, and words so that when He intervenes, He lifts you up high and thrusts you forward into amazing blessings, not to stop you dead in your tracks – falling face first into the mud.

No secrets

"O' God, You know my folly and blundering; my sins and my guilt are not hidden from You." Psalm 69:5

The following state cannot be said enough:

GOD KNOWS; God knows everything! So, if you are about to do, say, or re-act in a way that is unapproved by the Lord, then remember this - God is watching your every move and listening to your every word.
