Never forget who made your life great

“But remember the Lord your God, for it is he who gives you the ability to produce wealth...If you ever forget the Lord your God and follow other gods and worship and bow down to them, I testify to you today that you will surely be destroyed.”
Deuteronomy 8:18-19

Some harsh words, but it is the way it goes.  Friends, when God keeps handing you victories, then you must keep digging deeper into him, letting NOT the spirit of pride reside and grow within you.  Remember, if you let your pride take over, God will step out, which means the fall of pridefulness and blessings will be coming to you soon.

So hold tight onto God and let go of yourself - for with him lies the victorious life in which you seek to live.

Wisdom comes from within

“… I saw that all those who lived and walked under the sun followed the youth…”
Ecclesiastes 4:15

Wisdom doesn’t always come from those older than us, those with a superior title, or those that have a degree behind their name.  No, wisdom is found in everyone.  So take time to look and listen to whomever you may be in contact with – you never know, you just might find the answers to your deepest of questions.

We have all the access we need in Christ

"... we have access to everything God's Spirit is doing... Christ knows, and we have Christ's Spirit."
1 Corinthians 2:14-16 MSG

So, since we have Christ's Spirit, we know everything and anything we need to know, no matter what the subject, decision, choice, thought, reason, etc., is.  Now, you may wonder there is no way that we know.  Well, I beg to differ and today's verse proves my point: Since we have access to everything God's Spirit does, then any and all answers are found within. However, most of us need to dig deep enough, past our own darkened flesh, to find the answer - to seek the Light, but honestly, most of us aren't patient enough or want to work that hard to honestly know what the real answers are.

Friends, for an amazing life, we really need to dig past our own flesh, dig past the world's ways, and dig into the Spirit; there we will find the real answers, real directions, and real thoughts needed to make our lives the miracles that Jesus died for us to live.

The house built on the Rock

“For everyone who comes to Me and listens to My words… is like a man building a house, who dug and went down deep and laid a foundation upon the rock; and when a flood arose, the torrent broke against that house and could not shake or move it…”
Luke 6:47-48 AMP

Want to be able to conquer any feat, over-power any force of darkness, reap blessings and miracles in abundance, be healed of sickness and disease, and be freed from anger, resentment, and hurt?  If your answer is yes, and I hope it is, then grab hold and don’t let go of God.  Learn, listen, and follow His Word, and you too will become like the house built on the rock, which never collapses no matter what storms of life may come.

Staying focused in the midst of the storms

“When you focus on God, (a consistent focus, a deep focus), your sadness will develop into gladness [joy]; a joy no one can ever rob from you.  It will be joy like a river over-flowing its banks!”
Adapted from John 16:21-24 MSG

Yes, when we stay focused on God in the midst of the storms, the waves will calm and the shores of peace will be awaiting our grand arrivals.

Step out into the deep waters

"... Put out into the deep [water], and lower your nets for a haul." Luke 5:4 AMP

If you feel a call on your life, and you know there is more for you then what you are accustomed, then go for it.  Grab hold of God, and take a leap - both feet, no holds barred -  of faith.  God won't put anything on your heart that you cannot accomplish, or see come to pass.  If He's placed it on your heart, and there is opportunity, then go for it.

Now, some of you, including myself, may wonder how you will know if it's God giving you the opportunity, desire, or thought?  Well, from what I have learned from God's word and my own life, a few things will come into play.  First and probably foremost, the desire and a sense of confidence is placed on your heart that you normally don't feel; and/or, the opportunity will almost seam unbelievable, yet it is there for you to take; and/or God, will give you hints that you know are in relation to your decision; plus, you will not feel confused about what step take, even if you a bit nervous to take it; and, most of all you will have a peace about taking it, although your knees tremble at the thought.

It is so important to keep our relationship with God first in our lives.  He has amazing plans, possibilities, opportunities, and ventures for each of us, however, if we lose sight of Him, then we won't have the knowledge, and blessing to take take the bold steps that are waiting out there for us to take.  Therefore, remember: God first! And, from there, the possibilities, blessing, and miracles of this life our endless, and they all have your name written, by God, all over them.

God knows your secrets!

"He reveals the deep and secret things; He knows what is in the darkness, and the light dwells with Him!" Daniel 2:22 AMP

Whatever one tries to hide from the world, will still be seen by God!  Therefore, whatever you want to do in secret, make sure it is God-approved.  If it isn't, then it is wrong, it is a sin, it is not going to do you any good, and when the time comes for God to reveal it, which He will, it will be at the uttermost inconvenient time for you, leaving you full of regret and shame.

Avoid shame and regret! Make sure your darkest secrets are good and God-approved.  Then take the secrets that you know aren't good, ask God to help change them, and change your heart; He'll not only help you make them right, He'll probably bless you for it!
