Strive to enter through the narrow gate

“Strive to enter by the narrow door [force yourselves through it], for many, I tell you, will try to enter and will not be able.” Luke 13:24 AMP

The narrow door is the gateway to Heaven, to God’s heart, and to eternal salvation; those who enter through it leave legacies of blessings to many a people.  

So strive, every day, to be a blessing to everyone around you – give them a glimpse of God, so that when you are called, you will be one of the few who get to walk through the beautiful, narrow gates to Heaven.

Skills

"... I've given the skills to make all the things I've commanded you..." Exodus 31: 6-11,  

The Message

It doesn't matter who you are, where you come from, how much money you have, or don't have, when God leads to do something, He will make sure you have the skills to get it done.  

Therefore, be bold and follow God's lead without losing heart, and, remember, when you get to a point that you don't think you have the ability to accomplish what you've set out to do, cry out to God, He'll step in and give you, or give you someone, with the ability to do what needs to be done.

He who is able to hear

"He who is able to hear, let him listen to and heed what the Spirit says to the assemblies (churches).  To him who overcomes (conquers), I will give to eat of the manna that is hidden, and I will give him a white stone with new name engraved on the stone which no one knows or understands except he who receives it. [Ps. 78:24: Isa. 62.2.]" Revelation 2:17 AMPC

To him who conquers what, you may ask?  It is to him that conquers falling into the likes of Satan; to him that stands up to sin, stands up to wrong-doing, stands up to evil... to him who stands up for God.  If you stay out of the world (out of sin), and lean on God for all understanding, faith, and perseverance, then you will come out victorious in all your life's endeavors. God will make you leader over many, He will have a special stone with a new name, meaning He will change you into His likeness, give you abounding victory, and give you a life of blessing, peace, joy, favor and the like.  In essence, you will have the Spirits power, enabling you to change the world in which you live.

You were made to do great things!

"I assure you, most solemnly I tell you, if anyone steadfastly believes in Me, he will himself be able to do the things that I do; and he will do even great things than these, because I go to the Father." John 14:13 AMP

Thanks be to Jesus, you were made to great things in this life! Jesus didn't want His believers to live a boring, selfish, desperate, hard, life. No, Jesus wants believers in Him to change the world for the better; to live in peace, joy, abundance, security, and, most of all, love. 

My friend, Jesus has put ideas, talents, gifts, and opportunities in your life for a reason!  So, do something about them.  Yes, you may be limited, but if you begin to put your best foot forward, stay focused on Jesus, (not on yourself or the world), then the Spirit will come and do the rest.  Do not discount yourself - ever!  You have dreams and visions for your life because God has given them to you; in Him, you can make those dreams and visions come true.  So, go for it.  Change this dark world for the better, and be the great man/woman of God that He has made you to be!! 

Willing and able

Willing and able

“Wash yourselves, make yourselves clean…cease to do evil…Learn to do right! Seek justice, relieve the oppressed, and correct the oppressor…If you are willing and obedient, you shall eat the good of the land.” 

Isaiah 1:16, 17, 19

Today is a brand new day.  Today is a day to make your wrongs right!  Clean out the garbage from your heart, your mind, your life!  Stand up to evil, on the inside of you and in your surroundings, seek justice for yourself and those around you, do good to all, and start walking in the direction that God is leading you.  You can do it – ask Him, and in His way (a way only you will understand) He will tell you.

So, are you ready to live your best life possible? Then, heed this verse today – with all of your attention and understanding – and let our amazing Lord show you what miraculous really means.
