Set your mind on Jesus

Set your mind on Christ, so that nothing from the world, or from Satan, can ever set you back.

All you need to live is Jesus!!

Challenge for believers in Christ

“The King will reply, ‘Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me."

Challenge for all believers in Christ:

Make a point to go out of your way to do at least one nice thing for someone that you normally wouldn't (words, gifts, actions, etc.).

I beleive as we do this, life as we know it now, will become more and more blessed every day.

As well, any thought, action, word, or deed that comes from another, or comes from you, which is not in line with the Word of God, needs to be cast out, spoken to, and destroyed in the mighty name of Jesus; Jesus died and now lives in you, which give you authority to do so!

 

So, speak – out loud and confidently – to Satan when he tries to come between you and the Word of God.  He is a liar, deceiver, and our lives are too precious to waste any time on him.  Therefore, DON’T!  Put your time into Jesus and LIVE, really L I V E !!!!

The power of praying

"...I mean this.  When two or more of you get together on anything at all on earth and make a prayer of it, my Father in heaven goes into action. And when two or three of you are together because of me, you can be sure that I'll be there." Matthew 18:18-20

God's Word does not fail, which means, when you gather with another -others - for prayer, Our God goes to work immediately on our behalf.

Intentions

"... But he was well-intentioned - his heart was in the right place, in tune with God..." 1 Kings 15:11-15, MSG

Intentions count - God knows our hearts.  However, actions are far superior - God sees our hearts.

Complaining gets you nowhere

“… you haven’t been complaining against us, you know, but against. God.” Exodus 16:6-7, The Message

God has reasons for every action, word, and thought that comes out of every human; and with that said, He is God, so He owes no explanation to you as to why He has let it been done, said, or thought of.  So, remember, when you complain, your complaint isn’t towards a man or woman, your complaint is against God, which gets you absolutely nowhere; and in turn, does you absolutely no good.  Therefore, turn your complaints around and make them positives – there is a way, all you have to do is ask God how it can be done.  Otherwise, if you continue to complain, your complaint(s) just might end up coming back to bite you in the butt.
