“But now the Lord has given me rest on every side so that there is neither adversary nor evil confronting me.” 1 Kings 4:32
The
Lord grants us times of peace and tranquility, and it is during these
times that we cannot let ourselves become complacent
in Christ. No, just the opposite! These are the times when we should
re-energize our relationship with God, using the time to strengthen and
build upon the foundation in which we have been given.
When peace surrounds you, take some extra time for God. Focus on Him, and seek His never ending wisdom, love, mercy and grace.
Take time to ask Him to direct your path as you step into the future of which you’ve been granted.
