Self-control

"Like a city whose walls are broken down is a man who lacks self-control."
Proverbs 25:28

If one has no self-control, one has no boundaries.  This means one will always get run over by the world.

WOW! Prosperity – it’s simple!

“Keep the Book of the Law always on your lips; meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do everything written in it.  Then you will be prosperous!”
Joshua 1:8

Now I know why I’ve been in times of lack and emptiness; I followed my own rules and thoughts, as well as doing what the world told me to do, rather than God.

WOW! This verse really hit me this time.  Prosperity is available to us all, all we have to do is follow God’s rules and commands; meditate and practice his word day and night.  The only thing hard for most of us, is we let our dignity and ego get in our way.  Well, I’m finished.  It’s God or nothing from here on out.

How about you?  Will you join me in the big step of getting out of ourselves and getting into God?  I hope so, because I know life as we know it now (good or bad) is only on its way to getting absolutely miraculous!!

Lack of faith

“And He did not to many works of power there, because of their unbelief (their lack of faith in the divine mission of Jesus).
-Matthew 13:58 AMP

Wherever there is lack of faith, there will be lack of blessings and miracles.  However, where there is an abundance of faith (undeterred by the circumstances surrounding you; in the dismal and the glorious times), there will be an abundance of blessings and miracles.

Friends, life is good when one has all faith in Jesus!!

He hears! He listens! He comes running!

“… for they will cry to the Lord because of oppressors, and He will send them a savior…and He will listen to their entreaties and heal them.”
Isaiah 19:20,22

Have you ever, or are you now, at a point where you feel trampled by life in general? If so, then it is prime time to cry out to God! Cry out with it all: all your pain, hurt, fear, lack, doubt, and sin…God is on His way! Now it is only a matter of time before your life begins fresh and anew – HOLD ON! As well, if life has been good to you, then, GREAT!  Continue to cry out to God in all joy and thankfulness - your life will only get better!!

Yes, no matter where you are at in life, make crying out to God a priority – morning, noon, and night; he will send his Spirit in a fast and furious way.  There is no battle too big for Christ, and no matter too small. You are His child, and whatever your issue may be, it is of the utmost importance to God.

God loves you!!!!

For our sakes He became poor.

"... He was [so very] rich, yet for your sakes He became [so very] poor, in order that by His poverty you might become enriched (abundantly supplied). II Corinthians 8:9 AMPC

Self defeat, poverty and lack, fear, destruction, hurt, pain, anger, torment, and death aren't for children of God's to have, so, as children of God's, we need to stop focusing on them as though they are.  My goodness, God sent His only Son to die for us, to take all of the death, poverty, and defeat away, and to give us abundance in all good and God-approved things in life, so, for that reason we must focus on the abundances He has given us. Therefore, call things that aren't as though they are and walk it out as such, because before our lives will change, our thoughts and attitudes need to change.  And, until we recognize God for Who He is, and what He can do for us, we are never going to get very far!
