For God did not give us a spirit of fear

“For God did not give us a spirit of timidity (of cowardice, of craven and cringing and fawning fear), but [He has given us a spirit] of power and of love and of calm and well-balanced mind and discipline and self-control.” II Timothy 1:7 AMPC

Fear is from Satan, not God.  Therefore, use the words of this verse, (…  He has given us a spirit of power… love, and of a calm and well-balanced mind… discipline and self-control),  to fight back the attacks of the devil. These words are your weapons and your key to victory.
Friend, you are filled with power, love, balance, discipline, and self-control - the Spirit of Christ.  So, receive them in, and know that with Christ you can conquer any attack of the enemy.

Speedily He works on our behalf

"... they ought always to pray and not to 'turn coward (faint, lose heart, and give up)." Luke 18:1 AMP

Never, ever, ever, give up on what you are praying for!  Whatever is good and God-approved, and you know and want it to come to pass, must be continually prayed about on your end if you want it to come to pass speedily.  No, it may not look like anything is happening in the natural, but I guarantee that God is working in the supernatural, and He's working speedily.  But, remember, He is working at a speed that is going to bless you the most,  not in a speed that is going to bless you just because you want it quickly. Sometimes our prayers take time to come about because the others involved need time to jump on board, allowing our prayers to become even more amazing when they do come to fruition.  Believe me, His speed is the speed in which you want your prayers to work anyway.  If your prayers come to pass on your timing, then they won't be nearly what you were hoping for.  OK, so you may ask, How do I guarantee that God is working speedily on our behalf when we pray? Well, I'll tell you: because God's Word is truth - it never lies, and it is written, "And will not [our just] God defend (His chosen ones), who cry to Him day and night?... I tell you, He will defend and protect and avenge them speedily..." (Luke 18:7-8); therefore, I need no more proof than that.

So, continually pray to God, and believe Him for what you are praying for.  God, knows what you we need and want before we ask, but like His Word says, when we continually pray and ask, God continually works and moves speedily on our.  Yes, my friends, continual, heart-felt, prayers work!  Try it, and I guarantee that yours, too, will come to pass - God Word says so!!

Be NOT afraid.

“Be not afraid of the king of Babylon… says the Lord, for [he is a mere man…] I [the Lord] am with you to save you and to deliver you from his hand.” Jeremiah 42:11AMP

Are you intimidated by certain people, or situations, in your life? Unfortunately, I find myself going through periods of feeling intimidated, feeling less than, and cowering down to certain people and/or situations – it is no fun. So, if you happen to be like me, finding yourself going through similar periods, then it is the verses like today’s that we really need to read, re-read, memorize, and study.  So, pay attention to this and other related verses, and the next time you feel yourself cowering to anyone or anything, other than God, you will have a mind, and mouth, full of verses, (arsenal), to counter-attack those defeating thoughts, helping you to stand stouter and stronger then you’ve ever been able to stand before.

Yes, remember, use God’s words to withstand all that life brings you - they are our weapons toward the fleshly warfare that stands before us.
