“…Thus says the Lord: Do not be afraid
of the words you have heard [from the ungodly; the worldly]…” 2 Kings 19:6
God’s Word has the only words we need to hearken
to. Words spoken to us in opposition to His Word aren’t even worthy of our time or our thoughts.
So, for an easy solution to someone who speaks
to you in opposition to God: Put them on ‘mental ignore’ – calmly stand there and smile until they walk away in frustration.
