Take
time to play every day, even if only for a few
moments, and whilst doing so have yourself some fun; laugh, sing, smile
– be joyful and share it. You never know, it could be the difference in
making a stranger living in hopeless despair feel the first glimmer of
hope they’ve had in quite a while.
