What group do you hang with?

"...My son, if sinful men entice you, do not give in to them..." Proverbs 1:10

If you find yourself going along with friends that are up to no good,  then it is time to take yourself in a different direction , even if that means you have to go at it alone!!

To fail or succeed

Do what God tells you to do through word, prayer, or the small whispers he places on your heart, and be blessed in all you do. 

However, go against God’s word and spend an awful lot of time back-peddling to clean up the messes you made from your sinful ways.

Return to the Lord

^"And Samuel said to all the house of Israel, “If you are returning to the Lord with all your heart, then put away the foreign gods and the Ashtaroth from among you and direct your heart to the Lord and serve him only, and he will deliver you out of the hand of the Philistines.” 1 Samuel 7:3 ESV

The same to you, my friend: If you are truly serious about coming back to God, then stop your sinful ways, repent, and ask forgiveness.  Then, open up your heart and let God fill it like never before.

Day of reckoning.

“Thus your lewdness shall be recompensed upon you and you shall suffer the penalty of your sinful idolatry; and you shall know (understand and realize) that I am the Lord God.” Ezekiel 23:49 AMP

There is a hard way to finding out that God is who He says He is, and He will do what He says He will do - By, knowingly, continuing in your sinful way of living; hence, keeping your back turned on God.  Friend, if this is you, then you can rest assured that your day of reckoning will come, and when it does, it’ll will be a day you wish you could of avoided.

God gives us choices, and He wants, so badly, for us to choose Him, but many of us do not. Or, many choose Him, but choose to follow Him on ‘conditional’ terms.  Well, there are only two choices: Follow Him, or don’t follow Him – there is no middle ground!  So, please, prayerfully consider how you are presently living; what your motives are, Who you are choosing to believe in, what kind of decisions you are making, and the people who you are affecting.  If there is anything, anything at all, that you know is wrong in the eyes of God, then please put the brakes on, run to God, and do whatever needs to be done to change. If you do choose to change your ways, (and I pray you do), and give up your sin(s), then when all is said and done, you will be stronger, more blessed, truly ALIVE, full of peace, full of joy, abundance in the fullest, a legacy in the making, and, most of all, redeemed and made whole by the mighty hand of our Mighty Savior – Jesus Christ.
