The Temple in which God dwells

“… I’ve sanctified this Temple that you have built: My name is stamped on it forever, my eyes are on it and my heart in it always…” 1 Kings 9:3-5, MSG

Your body is God’s Temple.  So, when you take care of it (build it) unto God, he will keep his eyes on you and his heart with you - God will redeem you from all unrighteousness.  So always remember, your body belongs to God.  Please take care of it as such.
